How Can You Poem by Elena Plotkin

How Can You

Rating: 5.0

How can you kiss the hand that beats you?
How can you spurn the hand that feeds you?
How can you turn your back on the one who needs you?
When the one who really needs you is yourself.

Masochists will kiss the hands which beat them. I don't spurn the hands which feed me; I eat them! It's very easy to turn backs on the needy. Lots do it! NOW, what I need is a pan pizza, and teeth to chew it! ! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Who can answer why? for what others do...............when they don't even know the answers sometimes? ! bri :)

Some questions have no answers, even though they deserve them the most. Nicely penned, Elena
