Hospitalized Thoughts (True Story) Poem by Jaycee Wilkerson

Hospitalized Thoughts (True Story)

Immobilized physically
But mentally in-tacked
Blurred vision but
Still focus on a clear picture
Painted vividly with my pain
Impacted and left stained
Yes Im numb because
This story is getting lame
Dejavu by the reader because
You too have been reading the same
Nothing coming easy struggling
To put a picture in the frame
I guess one word sums it up (life)
This is my story
Poverty, death, robbery
Murder, betrayal, and disloyalty
Maybe life is reincarnation
And i received all of this deservingly
But I am still living through it yes I'm honoree
So I guess Im built for tuff certainly
Life have took its toll
So don't worry about anything
You say hurting me
Like the truth I insert
Criticism openly
Like a wound soo deep
I invite you in to explore me
But without a cut
I inser you with my pen
Maybe then as you read
You could learn the true pain
Deep Deep with end me
