He was so lost
didn't think there was anything left
he tried to end it all and failed
he was sent to the hospital

that's where he met the girl
who would change his life forever
she put the light back in his eyes
put a smile on his lips
she saved his life

he never thought
someone like her could love him
she gave him hope
hope for a better future
hope for a perfect future with her

when he holds her
he holds his whole world
holds his today
his tomorrow
his forever

he wanted to be free
just to be loved
no more pain
well he got his wish
