Honeymooning In Napoli Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Honeymooning In Napoli

They honeymooned in the
Bay of Milano in old Napoli
overlooking the sea,
where flowers of the rarest
and scenes of the fairest
abide on the Isle of Capris.

...sunbeams caressed them
...romance possessed them
...and their eyes shone with
...love constantly.

In ancient Pompeii
they spent one fine day,
guitars played a sweet melody.
And jewels of the rarest
in the land of the fairest
touched their hearts
back in Anacapri.
