Homewrecker Poem by Debora Soramaki

Homewrecker

Rating: 5.0

Once upon a time, down through history,
The cause of divorce was a 'He' or 'She'.
It's a different story now,
One that's hard to tell, but the culprit has a name
That many can spell,
And to think this goes on many hours each day,
While one spouse is working
And the children play.
This homewrecker is smart, able to break
All the time, money and passion you stake.
It'll push your buttons, make you dance
As your eyes and mind are in a trance.
There may be others waiting to date
This heartless wonder that stirs up much hate.
Please warn these people and make some laws
For they know not the damage this homewrecker can cause,
Then peace will return to the center of your house,
'Not a creature was stirring, not even a MOUSE! '
