Ever feel like you don't belong?
Just never being able to do anything right?
Trying so hard, but still doing everything wrong?
Like, you're surrounded in darkness looking for light?

The simple truth is,
No one is the same,
I promise you this,
You're not alone in this game.

Looking into the sky,
For hopes of something high,
Keeping your head down,
Hoping you don't drown.

Walking down the road,
You're lost in this world,
Carrying this heavy load,
In the corner, you're curled.

Searching for a place you call your own,
Can't figure out where to go,
Feeling so alone,
Running from your foe.

I know what you want,
I do not wish to taunt,
There is nowhere else to roam,
You just want to go home.

A home, a place to live,
Wondering where you should be,
A place where I can give,
I want you to be with me.

A home is a place,
Never being alone,
Trying to keep the pace,
A place you can call your own.

Love will be there,
No pain to bear,
There will be hope,
A place easy to cope.

You just want a place to go,
This way you won't have to roam,
Nobody there to tell you 'no',
A place to be called your home.
