Home

We were traveling
But we didn’t know where we’d go
We just followed them
Some people we don’t even know

As we journeyed along
We’ve had our laughs and cries
And as for the people we meet
We’ve had hellos and goodbyes

Not long we knew our destination
A home, safe and warm
Warm with a love so tender
And safe from any harm

In a glimpse of time
We got lost on our way
Problems and troubles
Start to appear day by day

I got tired and I lost hope
But you stood in front of me
You stretched your hand
To help me regain my feet

You looked me in the eye
And there I realize
My destination was long there
Right in front of my eyes

With you, I’m at home
Anytime and anywhere
My heart will always find comfort
With your tender loving care

Coz in your eyes
I saw a home, yours and mine too
Safe, warm and strengthened
By two hearts with love so true

A home is the view from the window, watching a couple walk by the cold, snowy streets. Their hands clasped together, their warmth joined together....their hearts intertwined with each other....a home. ^_^
