>≫Holy Witches Poem by Abdul Wahab

>≫Holy Witches

These witches are not letting me go
To sleep, to take rest for good
Weaving words into net
Nets into thoughts
Pure and green, holy like them
I rise up from my warm bed just before mid night
They are all calling me
To supply a glass of fresh water
To the world of thirst and hunger
A gust of wind with a bit extra oxygen
To the suffocated, breathless
Peace of mind to the world
Torn with mistrust, prejudice and jealousy
We all know darkness is the cause
So I was made to watch out
Till consciousness brings new light,
Till the arrival of new dawn.
