Hollow Hearted Poem by Garrett Synacyde

Hollow Hearted

A hollow heart
A broken soul
He hides in the dark
As black as the coal

He's the man with the hollow heart
He cannot feel, He cannot hope
he wanders the realms, mind and soul apart
Tied back by the force of an invisible rope

I call him the Hollow Hearted
His heart has no beat
His soul has departed
He is incomplete

He lives within me
We are two beings sharing one soul
A split personality
Within my own heat lies a hole

We live as one
We are one of the same
he is I as I am him
I am the Hollow Hearted
