i don't know
what to expect
it makes my
eyes blur
as i try to
see past
memories
that can never
seem to fall

i need your
heart to hold

i need a
(whisper)
to remind me
I Am

I need a
dream to wake me

I need a
sight to blind me

I need
a love to hurt me

just to prove
I Am
