Hold me now before I go
Hold me and tell me you will never let go
Hold me so I can feel nothing or no one else but you
Hold me until I can feel all of your love coming through

Hold me like they do in fairytale stories
Hold me so I would never have any worries
Hold me as if it was you and I in a dream
Hold me until I see what love should seem

Hold me so I can feel your full support
Hold me like it is for long term and not for short
Hold me now and as if there is no tomorrow
Hold me to save me from any pain or sorrow

Hold me like I am the one, your first
Hold me like a drink that quenches your thirst
Hold me when the sun rises and when the sun goes down
Hold me to let me know that you want me to stick around

Hold me to tell me that I’m the one you can’t live without
Hold me so I can fully trust you with no concerns or doubt
Hold me on your own will and put me at ease
Hold me close and tight until I can hardly breathe

Hold me like a pant held together by its stitched seams
Hold me because forever you and I would make the perfect team
