Hidden Shores!

Time washes away everything along with it.
I wished...........
If it could wash away all my memories too along with it,
leaving me blank forever.
Even if the very few memories of happiness too get washed away along with it
I wont be at loss!
Some losses are such,
which can never be retained back.
Even if they come back they are never going to remain the same!

Some path demands to be travelled all alone in the midst of many...
When the time and situation decides your path....
What one can do?
Just watch it helplessly!

After the storms washes away the shore
Does the shores remain the same?
One may find the shores remained the same
but no one notices....
What all got washed away with it...

Time washes away ones life
Can time be turned back?
Can life be turned back?

These are the thoughts hidden in shores of my mind,
Even if I laugh or even if I cry, they are there with me.
They lashes my mind high and low.

Is there any storms
which can wash away these thoughts forever? ? ? ?

The poet asking many retrospective or rhetorical questions is the beauty of this write.
I was wondering whether hidden shores could be a solace later when the hidden waves may suddenly surge forward to outrage the scared lands off the seas..
Hidden shores will do the needful, believe it Geetha. (Report) Reply

Hidden shores, great title and great write, when memories are too painful, we wish the tide would wash them away, but living is about learning to survive through the hardships! (Report) Reply

Our mind is a perennial source of hidden thoughts, which may be assimilated whenever needed...and which can refresh ourselves whenever we are in distress...nicely written poem... (Report) Reply

Time heals, but the scar remains... We have to live with painful memories too! It is so with everyone...! Success lies in braving the adversities and looking into life with fresh hope! The tinge of melacholy in the poem makes it more emotive! ! (Report) Reply

Powerful memories are like pillars on which even our present are built. There is no way we can erase old memories as yet though some research is going on in this direction. A wonderful write and a food for thought. (Report) Reply
