No one hears my tears
Nor sees the agony on my face
I'm alone in this dark place

The tears fall swiftly
Tho my heart breaks slowly
None see how I've shrunk so lowly

None hear my screams
Nor hear the despair in my call
Slowly still I fall

I wait here in the dark
Hoping to see one face
To bring me out of this place

That face will be my knight
My one true love
And my star from above

But I must wait and see
For none have yet to hear my cry
And I fear i may never see that face
Cuz surely i will die
