Do you really smile
When you smile?
Or like me
Smile for others to see.

The face of a clown
Replaces the frown
Just for a short while
It's a look of style

Are you laughing
Whilst deep inside crying
The smiling
All just lying

Do your eyes water
When you give no quarter
Tears glisten in the sun
When love is all done

DO you really smile
When you smile?

Many people smile when deep down they are hurting. Like Rachel, I lost my mother when I was just 16 and it still hurts. There will always be times, however, when we can smile because we are truly happy - life is a mixture of sadness and happiness, and without that mixture we would fail to grow and develop.

Appearances are deceptive...and the theme of the drama of life is Appearance and reality...a pertinent question for stress...do u really smile when you smile?
