Hey Mom Poem by Black Rose

Hey Mom

Rating: 5.0

Hey mom,
I'm no longer mad
I'm no longer angry
But I'm still sad

Hey mom,
Where did you go?
Are you okay?
Please let me know

Hey mom,
I'm sorry we fought
I was a bad daughter
This is my fault

Hey mom,
I'll meet you there
Please wait for me
I really do care

Het mom,
I love you
You might not have said it
But you love me too

Hey mom,
I'm no longer mad
i'm no longer angry
but I'll always be sad

This was me and my mother too, except my mother never believed in love, and she could never be affectionate, even to the men she married just to kids. This is a very sad poem that we think that because our mothers always treated us badly, it's our fault. My mother even went further and sent me to an institution when I had done nothing wrong. This is a really good write that many will relate to. A 10+++++. Love & hugs, Barbara
