Hero

you were my hero
you helped me follow my dreams
you told me bed time stories
you made me believe

you drove me everywhere
with out a thank you or a please
now i wish i could go back
and change those kinds of things.

you were my hero
you helped me follow my dreams
you told me bed time stories
you made me believe

Poem of the Day

poet Henry David Thoreau

My books I'd fain cast off, I cannot read,
'Twixt every page my thoughts go stray at large
Down in the meadow, where is richer feed,
