Here Workin' For Hugs On Christmas Eve Poem by Bull Hawking

Here Workin' For Hugs On Christmas Eve

Rating: 5.0

I've got the flu
doesn't that bug you
I wabbled into work @ 6: 30am
on a delightful 2 hrs sleep
Caused by a combination of the usual

Aren't you glad I spared you

Took a mega dose of ibupropen
felt better so I called you
You made me a deal
For a long distance hug

Now I'm here to collect
Admittedly I failed
On my mission
But I was looking for

A sympathy/constellation prize
or some benefit of the doubt
allowing for the holiday
And all

Then I noticed a lot
Of nice things you did
Already
While I was doing flew control stuff

I wondered however
What a long distance hug
Would have over
All you do every day?
