You never knew what it felt like to be mine
I've played it several times in the back of my mind
Never knowing the true art of what could be
Being blind to love and all things you couldn't see
You seem to deal the cards every time you play
Such a king you're an ace of spades
You make me feel foolish as I lose the hand
You make me feel like you're a good man
I never knew you'd be so heavy on my heart
You never knew I'd be so heavy in your arms
Is it real or we just dancing in each other's minds
I look at you; you look for me but I'm so hard to find
Fills my mind inside and it came in as steel
Seems it was the burden of truth to prove it wasn't real
Heavy is the thought of you when we're in between
Heavy is the world when nothing is what it seemed
