Heaven Poem by Umar Hashmi

Heaven

Rating: 5.0

Where there are hills of snow and fog,
no cut tree to be changed in a log,
no sword to fight no knife to cut,
no fear of fire I can make a hut,
besides a river, a daughter of falls,
colorful flowers on the green stalls,
innocent children, the mirrors of His face,
spreading in the valley His glace and grace,
when I went to visit that lovely place,
Angel opened a book and could not trace,
my name wasn't there as I lacked good deeds,
to enter the valley what a human needs,
love and service and respect for all,
to do all that I am too small,
with tears in my eyes I turned my face,
I shall make my earth a similar place.
If an Angel comes I shall show my earth,
a model for heaven, its value, its worth!

Umar.... don't feel sad. Definitely your name will be there in the Book of records! Who else other than you innocent ones have the right to enter heaven? However, keep dong good deeds and grow into the pride of your parents and grand parents!

Wonderful poem aimed at making this world a better place through noble thoughts and noble deeds. Following lines are unique in their substance: Angel opened a book and could not trace, my name wasn't there as I lacked good deeds, spreading in the valley His glace and grace, love and service and respect for all,
