Heart, Not Mind

In our minds friendship abides,
Through stormy skies and wayward tide,
And though through difficulties we've come,
We've just got stronger all along.
Although our minds will one day fade,
And memories so bright may turn to shade,
Our friendship will still endure,
As heart, not mind is where you are.
