everyday that i see you
it brings pain when you leave
and when i do nothing

My heart says for me
to 'go after him'
and i think to myself
why? when theres someone better

ofcousre i was right as usaul
there was someone better
someone more beautiful
someone that you would love to flatter

this time i saw you
my heart was silent
no more voice for me to hear
but that of your own

you said the most sweetest thing
things that every other girl would believe
and would eventually be with you
for me that was farthest from the truth

when i heard your lovely voice
that you spoke just for me
i didnt care no longer
my heart was somewhere else already

my heart choose to leave you, not i
if i could i would still be in love with you
but my heart protected me from pain
that it knew you would cause to me

oh my heart please speak to me again
speak to me about him
tell me that i am to love
and to be with him
