Heart Crumbs Poem by mohammad ahmadizadeh

Heart Crumbs

The birds won't find the food
When winter comes to the wood
A ruined heart won't mend good
When the pain hurts it as a flood

My heart broke but you never heard
When you went with no looking back
I threw its crumbs to feed a bird
When it came to find food in my wrack

The bird also left me like you
When all of its food was over
It was hungry then flew away too
When my heart crumbs were over

You will see a bird on the tree
When you look out your window
It'll be like an heart which is free
When it sings hopelessly for shadow

Listen carefully to that bird
When it brings a broken heart
You will not see my present
When it sings and you delight
