Healthy and Happy Life

Age's an injury
The sportsman says
Injuries happen
Often in life.

Body's vulnerable
Crossing the road
Climbing the steps
Or driving a nail.

A mere wrinkle
On the carpet
May be a source
For trip and tumble.

A slippery tub
In the bathroom
May result in
An unexpected fall.

In all the simple
Unavoidable actions
Take extreme care
To avoid injury.

Exert caution
Remove obstacles
Have a healthy
And happy life.

Poem of the Day

poet William Wordsworth

I

I AM not One who much or oft delight
To season my fireside with personal talk.--
Of friends, who live within an easy walk,
Or neighbours, daily, weekly, in my sight:
