He watches over us
He sees all that we do
He watches over me
As well as over you

He watches over us
Through good times and bad
He's there to comfort you
In times when your sad

He watches over us
Through every days light
And though it's very dark
He watches through the night

He watches over us
He knows when we are hurtin
He'll be there by your side
On that you can be certain

He watches over us
From His throne on high
Way above those clouds
Beyond that big blue sky

He watches over us
Yes over me as well as you
in case you don't know it
He watches with a love so true
