He Never Sets That Son Poem by Didier Sixte Kahungu

He Never Sets That Son

Day begins at midnight
Though still Dark
Faith sees day at night
There I begin to pen my testimony

Sight rejoices at the rising of the sun
Unfailing is that promise
He never sets that Son

Weep not sons of wisdom
Pen, sing, bow, rejoice!
Let the earthlies tremble at the blink of His eye
Let them dim with the West
Look East, you sons of His kingdom
There comes the Son
Bright and on time

Love Him when its still dark
With you He will share His light
Love Him when it's spark
Your winters won't stand His furnace
