Haunted In Dreams Poem by Vernon Ballisat

Haunted In Dreams

Haunted In Dreams

You return to haunt me in dreams
Where nothing is as it seems;
Rainbows in the dark
Setting light to a spark,
A plane touching down on a cloud.
Only you can stand out from the crowd.
I close my eyes to see more
In shades of darkness to explore;
Strange! I don't remember you wearing a shroud.
