Hate Poem by Lawerence Mize, Sr.

Hate

Rating: 5.0

Too much hate
Boiling from within
Kind of hate
That will cause my end

From childhood to now
Been a rocky road
Can't understand why
I'm burdened with this heavy load

The hate runs deep
Cuts sharp as a knife
It's been around
All my life

From parents to friends
Some strangers in between
Hurts down in my soul
Makes me want to scream

Want to get rid
Of this thing called hate
Let it go
Before it's too late.
