Harem Within Harem Poem by Bonics Bachinela

Harem Within Harem

'Tis pathetically apathetic
imprisoned in mirth, gloomy. Eclectic.
The merry-making, embraced as tradition,
enveloped in finite illusion
of infinite oblivion.

Yet belonged to civilized atoll,
but to intermingle, stands wall.
What a life, preposterous!
In misery, broadcasted minstrels
made ludicrous.

We are in a generation
of the dawn embracing dusk.
The castle built turned kiosk,
the calm firmament
instigated to be tempest,
the concocted peace and harmony,
curtailed by mutiny.
And, love, cut incessant by
hate and piracy.

But 'tis still the world! Beautiful!
But, the grace had long been gone.
Lives are secluded in seclusion,
infolded in harem
within harem
awaiting misery to be consoled;
and, hostility to be disarmed.
