Harem Of One

I want to be your soulful lover,
A harem of one.

For you, this groovy Sheik,
I’d be your temptress

Behind gauzy veils
Your dancer in the dark

We’d never sleep
Our bodies entwined

Sultan and middle-eastern queen

We’d rewrite the Kama Sutra
Make Karma suit you
And me at your side

We’d never sleep
And live off each other

In a lamp lit silk tent
Burning incense

I’d be your harem of one.
