Hard To Say Goodbye 'Love You Kerry' Poem by WENDY KAY TADDAY

Hard To Say Goodbye 'Love You Kerry'

Rating: 5.0

When we reached 7th grade, It was all a big change
Bigger school, All new people It all seemed so strange
I realize I was blessed with a friendship so true
Don't know what i would have done, if I had not met you
We've had our ups and downs, but it all seemed to come around
We used to write little notes and pass them back and forth in class
We did'nt care if we got caught when the teacher walked past
Remembering all the good times we had, brought me
To this state of feeling sad
The laughs we had, And the times we shared
It just does'nt seem like life is always fair
From shopping to garage sale hopping, we always had fun
I have to laugh when I look at all the crazy stuff we've done
Two years ago you were diagnosed with cancer
Your cancer just over took you, it was growing so fast
There was nothing anyone could do
The night you died, there was a piece of me that died to
No one will ever fill that spot, because it still belongs to you
I sit around and wonder, and watch the days go by
I look at all our pictures, and ask 'WHY DID SHE HAVE TO DIE'?
Saying goodbye is never easy, Its the hardest thing to do
But what hurts even more, Is to have to say it to you
I My Heart We Will Always Be
Best Friends You And Me
I LOVE YOU KERRY, AND WILL MISS YOU DEARLY..
