Happyness Poem by RIC BASTASA

Happyness

Rating: 0.5

something in us
sometimes
spells things differently
but no matter
what]
we do not really
mind}
what symbols
we attach, for whatever
that brings us
joy,
wrongly, or rightly,
we do not mind the eyes
that see us,
we only see each other
eye to eye
and body to body our souls
fuse, as though
we are the only inhabitants
of this earth
as though we are the only
owners of the sea
and the sky
heaven and earth

i do not even imagine
hell.
