Happy Rhyme

Laying the day away
Scraping at the mind to mold the wet clay

The pounding heart beating away
Wondering around trying to stay

Tired eyes begin to drift away
Watching the bright light of the day giveaway

Freedom slowly effortlessly is given away
A slowing heart begins to sway

Changing the rhyme in the middle of this poem
Praying that the tormented heart turns to stone

Lifeless and hollow fighting to be alone
Not being heard not being known

Wishing to never have known the true Home
For the muse must be left alone

The tear, the wine, the pain, the groan
Before we get depressed lets end this poem
