Dear
Happy New Year
Words and flowers from my heart appear
The least thing by this occasion I can share
The Netherlands is the magic country and fresh air
In you no envy no hate no fear
I wish I were there
To see Santa Claus
And his wagon is pulling by deer
And make of snow a small bear
And whisper in your ear
And say my heart overflows with love for you my dear
Holland when I look around me
I see you everywhere
You are not far
To my heart you are very near
And your soul is swimming there or here
I must be fair
Only your voice I hear
I have nothing for you just one kiss and one tear
And also one sentence 'Happy New Year'
