Halla's Star Poem by Kendall Garcia

Halla's Star

Sorry for pushing you down,
When you needed help up.

Sorry for shoving you around,
When all you ever wanted was love.

If it's not to late,
I'd like to apologize for not being strong enough,
I had my own problems that I couldn't solve,
So I took my anger and anguish out on you.

I was falling too hard,
And I pulled you down to be my safety net.

Now you're suffering,
And I'm not strong enough,
To make it without your hand to hold.

I know it's not the end;
It's only just begun.
But this sorry is long past due.

~A poem for siblings.~ [dedicated to my only little sis3]
