Half Of A Loaf Poem by Abdul Wahab

Half Of A Loaf

Rating: 5.0

My son cherubic cherry like
Sat beside me and ate leeches
Suddenly he pointed out and said
His mom took away and ate up my loaf, half
In my heart I silently uttered
Long ago she made a full loaf
Taking half of me and half from her
