Half In, Half Out Poem by TR Jones

Half In, Half Out

Half in, half out
Why do I have this doubt
Maybe if I didn't think about this so much
I wouldn't feel this pain such
I'd be quite alright
And these poems, I would not have to write
Half in, half out
Why do I have this doubt
But it comes upon me
Like a dog gets a flea
Out of nowhere
It arrives and make this it's affair
Half in, half out
Why do I have this doubt
I need to be all in
That would give me one big grin
But if all in, I cannot be
Then all out, is where I need to be
Half in, half out
