Haiku's Poem by Scarlett Voight

Haiku's

Ice-
The touch is chilling
Sigh from unquenchable thirst
Brain freeze is still shunned

Ocean-
Tides lap at your feet
Like a goddess you stand there
Taking the world in

Cicada-
Night covers the sky
Cicadas hum, so confused
Love will not be found

Cherry Blossom-
Gleaming reflections
The enlightened gently wake
Cherry blossoms fall

Waterfall-
The river moves calm
Under the bridge the fish swims
Unexpected drop

Leaves-
Beautiful lives pass
Leaves unnoticeably change
Death is also nice

Fall-
Dragons of wind whip
Separating kids
From their tall mothers

Snow Day-
Unpredictable
No one is going to school
Within your favor

Winter Night-
Magnifying light
Moon illuminates white snow
Purity shines bright

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
We had to write Haikus about all the seasons and what thing reminded us of it, it was really fun. I even did some art work to go with it.
