dandy, as a noun, can refer to a (man) : glamour boy; sharp dresser, snappy dresser; dude, pretty boy, etc. [[yes, like me, Bri]] it can also mean: an excellent thing of its kind. as an adjective it means relating to or characteristic of a dandy (see above) , OR [North American] an excellent thing of its kind.
