Had She Lived Then Poem by Shahin Asmari

Had She Lived Then

Deep within me
There appears a fight to be
Between the mind to scrutiny
And the heart to see
That spot of beauty,
The beauty around she.

Had she lived years before
Inside Troy and the shore,
Helen was no love anymore,
And She was the one to long for,
She was the one to make sore
In every heart with delight galore.

But my long lasting war will now finish
As I favor strength and logic over diminish.
