You know what you gotta do
so just do it
habits is what you are
habits is what you will be
have a habit of being in the moment
habit of doing it today not tomorrow
centered at all times
feeling and thoughts are one always
just be that
have that feeling
observing everything without judgement
listening to the silence
letting go of the rest
habits that is what you are
