Guys Will Be Guys Poem by Edwina Reizer

Guys Will Be Guys

A bit of a flirt,
A twirl of her skirt
She gives the guys a fit.
A wink of her eye
As she passes them by
And most will never admit
That they had to look
By hook or by crook
Or just lay down and die.

For the weaker sex
Is alive and well
No matter how old they are.
For a good looking female
Will turn their heads
And crane their necks as far
As humanly possible
To catch a glimpse
Or maybe even a stare.
So if he’s your guy
Don’t worry too much.
A stare is just a stare.
Those eyes of his just may stray
But his heart is yours
Forever and a day.
