Guide The World Poem by Tirupathi Chandrupatla

Guide The World

Eyes closed
Mind focused
In deep concentration
The hawk of my imagination
Keeps wandering
In search of You
Who nurtures this world
Where are You?

I searched all nature's
Salient entities
Mountain ranges and peaks
Oceans at deep crevices
Forests in impenetrable regions
Rivers measuring flow of time
Islands and lakes
Isolated by water and land
Caves in their deep dark cavities
This search seems to take eons
I keep seeking with utmost humility
Please appear
Show up among us
Guide this world
My world
Toward harmony and peace
For all humanity

We are at our wit`s end. A longing for a divine intervention or that guidance is quite consolable too. But where is he? What is the fun of his conditioned invisibility? Nature at the best can be understood and accordingly man can tune things. But if we still believe in miracles at the last moment and get lost in magical thoughts, we are doomed for ever. A good write sir

There has been that relentless search for a xaviour by man from time immemorial for a redeemer, as symbolized in the play 'Waiting for Godot'! Only a power beyond us can bring real harmony and peace! A beautiful write that deserves a 10
