hundreds of yards
of manicured grass
guarded by tall trees
most of them are pines
so tall it hurts your
neck looking up, cones
fall regularly, careful
interupted by brooks
been there so long
it gouge six foot deep
where all those broken
branches land and rot
still water manage flow
to small man made lake
where all wilds congregate
