Greenland Memory Poem by Min Sia

Greenland Memory

Rating: 5.0

All the people around.
All were like stage.
With flowers and blooms,
and spicy-orange scent.

Those fangs of wind.
I thought it slashes through.
I felt I was bleeding,
for the pain almost screams.

Someone kissed me.
Still, my heart was frozen.
Am I jailed for I can't move?
Yet I heard my homeland tunes.

It was such a green land.
Where my memory just perished.
Slowly and surely,
It lingers without persistence.
