Green Gardens and Cornucopias

You take me to your Garden Green
to your Cornucopia Swellings
I show you that Horn of Plenty
music creates.

The gentle breeze
of we two breathing
in each other
lungs
filling hearts thumping
time gone
reason gone
we
in harmony
souls fully engaged
hands raised
in our
youthful
rebellion
our own need
to be different
a need
to carve out
something new;
this the destiny
and burden
of all youth
whether they'll see gardens
or only 'Resources'
see only Scarcity
not Opportunity.

On this question
and this question alone
rests
our future.
