Gravity Poem by Herbert Nehrlich

Gravity

Rating: 3.6

Out of the hollow clouds
swaying in endless skies
fall with their desperate cries
raindrops like wayward kids.
Time is so gracious,
soft but so cruel,
gravity loves you,
silly old fool.

Well, I think this is a wonderful poem Herbert. Gravity may love me but, I hate to say....I'm not loving gravity! Great poem. Sincerely, Mary

Forgive the expression but this I found this one cute and witty. Yet, still full of depth. I laughed reading: 'gravity loves you'. I hope its a distant love as I age.
