Grandpa Drop-Out Poem by Megan Foster

Grandpa told the story about him dropping out of school in the 9th grade
He had to dropp out because his family
Was having money troubles and he wanted to help
So he got a job at a auto repair shop and worked there
Until he got drafted into the army at the age of 18
Although he never had to go to war he went
Through a lot of training over that period of time
After his time was up he got married and worked in auto shop again
Because he loved it so much
He then got divorced and married grandma
He worked in many different auto shops ever since he had to dropp out of school
That's all he ever knew and he still does works on cars to this day.
