Grandma Poem by ihope i'mok

Grandma

i had a dream where she could fly
she was walking on the sky
i said 'grandma, i miss you
nobody knows what to do
we walk without a destination
yell and scream with frustration
there is so much hurt i see
i try to remember now you're free
my heart feels like it had been torn
the sun comes up but we all mourn'
a tear drips slowly down my face
but right now, it feels in place
grandma, i will remember you
and i know you miss me too
i had a dream where she could fly
i lifted my hand and waved goodbye

Beautiful, serene. A great poem.
