Gorgeous Blue Eyes (The Eyes Of Maiden Mary) Poem by Rik Bertrand

Gorgeous Blue Eyes (The Eyes Of Maiden Mary)

I was walking, and as I passed I was mesmerized,
I was taken in by those bright and gorgeous blue eyes
I know that staring at beauty is not always wise,
But, it was as if her eyes had the power to hypnotize.

They say that the eyes are the windows to the soul,
This lovely ladies eyes were much more to behold.
I was taken, I was embodied, and I was smothered in lust,
And to speak to her beauty my heart I could not trust.

I am lost now, for I have seen the eyes of a goddess,
I am consumed by her, And her beauty I failed to confess
Gorgeous Blue eyes, radiating beauty, you have Captured my heart
But, without your acceptance I am falling apart.

You had me at first glance, I felt hot with desire,
Your eyes saw right through me and set my soul on fire
Your eyes, your bright blue gorgeous eyes of beauty,
Your bright blue gorgeous eyes of beauty, so beautiful.

REB (APRIL 2012) gorgeous blue eyes, Lady Mary.
