Goodbye Poem by Alicia Edna Horn

Goodbye

Rating: 5.0

Blood under pressure
Running high
Thickening substance
A sudden goodbye

Stroke from a clot
No paper to blot
The excess runs dry
A sudden goodbye

Raindrops falling red
Torrential storm in your head
No umbrella to divert the cries
Another shower, a sudden goodbye.

What a sad poem Alicia, trust it's not based on fact. Cheers, Jerry
